Payment Policy

This payment policy applies to all orders placed through Maison Odeur, located in Belgium.

1. Available payment methods

When placing an order, you can choose from the payment methods offered during checkout.

The available payment methods are:

PayPal
Credit card
Bancontact
Klarna

The available payment methods may be changed or supplemented by Maison Odeur from time to time.

2. Payment for the order

An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully received or confirmed by the respective payment provider.

The total price of the order will be clearly displayed before you finalize the order. This price includes, if applicable, VAT and any other costs communicated to the customer in advance. Any shipping costs will be stated separately during the ordering process.

3. Secure payments

We do our best to ensure secure payments. Payments may be processed through external payment providers. When you use a payment method from an external provider, the payment may be subject to the terms and privacy policy of that provider.

Maison Odeur does not have access to full payment card details when these are processed directly by an external payment provider.

4. Failed or refused payments

If a payment fails, is refused or for any other reason is not completed correctly, the order cannot be processed until a valid payment has been received.

If an amount has been debited from your account, but the order has not been correctly registered, please contact our customer service via:

Please include your order number and the date of payment so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds

When you are entitled to a refund, the amount to be refunded will generally be reimbursed via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed or technically necessary.

The period within which a refund is visible may depend on the payment method used and the payment provider involved.

6. Prices and VAT

All prices on our webshop are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed including VAT when legally required. Any additional costs, such as shipping costs, will be clearly stated before you finalize the order.
